The H.I.S. GO website continued to be renewed, and travel bundle capabilities were expanded.

Continued a North American expansion plan with investment agreements with Canadian companies Merit Travel and Jonview Canada.

Brought its robot-staffed Henna Hotel concept to the U.S.
