Recently debuted two duty-of-care tools: a chatbot for smartphones and an Amazon Alexa-based voice chat that each enable travel managers to request a view of travelers' locations. Users also can ask for information based on destination or flight number. No other Alexa travel and transportation function currently focuses on duty of care.
