2017 was a record year for new sales growth, representing nearly $100 million in new client travel spend
Rolled out its GOvation and GO Lawyers Travel mobile app to all clients.
Completed migration to a new client-facing reporting system, which includes Otech Analytics business intelligence dashboards.
Launched a new Lawyers Travel website (www.lawyerstravel.com).
Launched E-Learn, a set of courses for supervisors and managers in operations and account management, with more than 450 courses completed. Similarly, the company's Ovation University training department launched on-demand training available for all consultants with courses in customer service, processes, self-improvement and more.
