2017 Developments

Increased sales and grew its workforce.

Announced the acquisition of London's Statesman Travel. The combined companies have over 1,600 employees and total annual global sales of over $3.2 billion. The combined organizations have longstanding relationships supporting mutual clients, especially in light of Travel and Transport's 2012 acquisition of Ultramar, which will be enhanced by Travel and Transport's global technology platform.

Data Visualization Intelligence continued strategy development and rapid expansion on visualization of data.

Continued to invest in technology development, adding to Dash Mobile the option for clients to have direct access to the Hilton Honors app, with access to Hilton Honors loyalty details and Hilton's Digital Key.

Looking Ahead

Plans in 2018 to grow in markets including Canada, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Australia, Mexico and Brazil, via startup operations, full or partial acquisitions or through the strategic placement of embedded resources within a Radius partner agency in a specific market.

Plans continued API integrations in mobile and will focus on dashboard reporting, push technology and development of new solutions to provide greater flexibility for travel managers to communicate with travelers. Travel and Transport plans further focus on the implementation of omnichannel technology research into AI and voice recognition.

Plans enhancements to agency CRM tool Bartt (Booking Agent Reservation Technology Toolbox), which anticipates the information agents need during the reservation process.
