Additionally, through this IT expansion will further integrate with international TMC partners to provide Adelman products across the globe, which will also allow accounts to have access to real-time global reporting.

Under the Adelman Vacations umbrella acquired Food & Wine Trails, based in Santa Rosa, Calif., a tour company that specializes in luxury wine cruises; broadens affinity tour offering under Adelman Vacations and will also provide additional personal services that can be cross-sold to corporate accounts.

Upgrading Cognos enterprise reporting platform to take advantage of data visualization and IBM's Cognos integration into Tableau.

Deploying further integration into the MyAdelman platform, along with an updated, defined consumer look and feel to the app in IOS and the Android landscape. Examples include reporting, invoice search and individual policy notification.

Working on hotel attachment solution that moves these transactions from being rogue to compliant.

Focusing efforts on intelligent interaction via both app and call center; upgrading contact center technology, which will enable push notification to seamlessly transition from text to call interaction.
