Will continue to execute on the technology roadmap to redesign the traveler and travel manager experience.
Honing mobile to create a new optimized mobile channel for digital engagement of the traveler. At its completion, this will include booking and all agent communication. Working with data science team, also overhauling data infrastructure to give internal teams greater access that can ultimately be passed on to travel managers. Will be able to slice and dice traveler profile data, pretrip and post-trip data to give travel managers insight into traveler patterns, even use predictive analytics to help automate recommendations for travelers, all focused on improving the traveler experience.
