Looking Ahead

Rolling out client portal, the Gant Gateway. Phase I includes one-stop shopping for travelers, enabling them to book travel, file expense reports, update profiles and access comprehensive invoices through a secure single sign-on. Phase II will include options for travel arrangers, such as updating company policies, vendor programs and reporting, with Phase III bringing in proprietary virtual agent. All phases of the Gateway are scheduled to be completed and rolled out in 2017.

Additional projects include air carrier contract automation and a comprehensive virtual payment program. The virtual payment program, Gant Strategic Pay, provides an automated solution for agent and Concur Travel bookings. Process includes mobile app support for hotel direct billing by Confirma.
