2016 Developments

Launched a "next generation" technology platform and enhancements in several key travel categories, including hotel, cruise, resort, villas, and merchandise. Nex Gen supports a very scalable, cloud-based, content-rich travel and lifestyles platform with yield, revenue management and alternative currency integration. 

Relocated Mexico City call center operations to support an increased capacity of 350 staff as well as a new technology center, allowing ICE to focus on providing expanded travel and lifestyle services to B2B partners and Mexican national members.

Implemented a new corporate website and employee recruiting portal with mobile responsive design.

Looking Ahead

The relocation of the ICE Global Headquarters office in Scottsdale, Ariz., to a larger facility. The new office building provides for the growth and expansion of administrative, sales and technology centers, enabling ICE to attract talent from new areas of the Valley of the Sun, including Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe.

Further expansion of international operations in Mexico, Portugal, the U.K. and Australia.

Developing and implementing an online subscription model.

Developing and executing mobile and digital marketing capabilities for all key membership programs.
