Initiated a two-year study to further define standardization and improvement of processes.
Reduction in sales in 2016 compared with 2015 partly a result of lower gas and oil prices and increased regulations in that industry; also two nonrenewal of contracts due to consolidations. Reduction partly offset by almost $9 million in new business.
