Delta on Friday inaugurated service between New York and Lyon, France. The carrier will fly five times per week between the cities.
The flight is the only nonstop service from the U.S. to France's second-largest city. Through Delta's joint venture with Air France, the flight connects customers to 40 European destinations via Lyon.
