Among the enhancement is an opportunity for consumers and travel
agents to sign up to receive e-mail notices of upcoming specials or
discounts.
In addition, graphics download faster and are arranged in a more
user-friendly fashion, the firm said.
Users will find an improved location search function that
provides multiple pathways for finding the best Thrifty locations
based on airport, cities, state or ZIP code.
The section containing frequently asked questions also was
expanded.
More than 16% of Thrifty's business comes through the
Internet.
