RADNOR, Pa. -- The Business Travel Coalition said May 8 that a
majority of corporations, 59%, are still banning travel to some
Asian countries, according to a survey of 128 corporations that it
conducted May 6.
Previous BTC surveys revealed that the percentage of companies
banning travel was 27% on April 1; 58% on April 7; 61% on April 16;
and down slightly to 59% on May 6.
The three destinations to which the largest percentage of
companies have banned travel are China (96%), Hong Kong (93%) and
Singapore (81%). Thirty-three percent of the companies still ban
travel to Toronto.
