Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants’ second Denver hotel will open in the city’s LoDo (Lower Downtown) district late next year.
The 200-room hotel, to be developed by Continuum Partners, will be part of a mixed-use redevelopment that includes the city’s Union Station.
The property, which hasn’t been named yet, will have more than 8,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center and two restaurants.
Kimpton’s 189-room Hotel Monaco in Denver opened in 1998.
