LOS ANGELES -- PSAINC, a Los Angeles-based holding company signed
an agreement to acquire Jet Vacations, the El Segundo, Calif.-based
wholesaler of packages to France and Europe. Ravi Rao, chief
executive officer of Jet Vacations, will continue to run the
company.
Rao said he chose PSAINC as a partner because it has alliances
with technology providers and access to capital that will enable
Jet Vacations to build a travel agent booking engine on its Web
site.
