Ozark Ticket, Gray Line deal is called off: Travel Weekly

Ozark Ticket, Gray Line deal is called off

BRANSON, Mo. -- Ozark Ticket & Travel will not acquire Branson Gray Line as previously announced because of "a disagreement over contractual obligations," according to an attorney for Branson Gray Line. Lee Larscheid, owner of Ozark Ticket & Travel, confirmed that the deal was canceled.

Plans for the takeover, which were announced last year, were subject to approval from Denver-based Gray Line. Branson Gray Line would have become a division of Ozark Ticket & Travel under the original proposal.

Both companies are operating separately, although a toll-free line that formerly was used by Branson Gray Line is answered now by Ozark Ticket & Travel. Ozark Ticket & Tours and Branson Gray Line will operate remaining agent fam tours under their individual names.
