STAMFORD, Conn. -- Priceline.com plans to reach out to its
customers in a more individualized way.
Prime Response, a marketing automation vendor based in
Cambridge, Mass., said Priceline.com will deploy its new
[email protected] software to personalize its services.
Priceline.com customers buying air tickets, for example, might
be informed about the availability of hotel rooms in the areas they
plan to visit. Priceline.com said the software "makes one-to-one
consumer marketing work."
