The SXM Festival will be held March 8 to 12 across eight venues in St. Martin/St. Marteen. Since its debut in 2016, the electronic music festival has been a mix of Caribbean, French and Dutch cultures, drawing between 5,000 to 6,000 people from 60 different countries.
This year's lineup comprises more than 100 international artists, including Grammy-nominated, triple platinum production duo CamelPhat; Music On leader Marco Carola; electronic producer Dubfire; and the musical experience of Astra Club. The venues include Happy Bay, a private beach that will serve as the main evening venue, and the Boho Beach Club.
Ticket prices range from $250 for a weekend pass to $750 for a five-day VIP ticket. Among the perks for VIP ticket holders are access to exclusive areas at Happy Bay, priority table service, a chill-out area, a dedicated VIP bar and special cocktails, pop-up bars, VIP wash room.
VIP entry also gives access to events including the Panorama Party, where guests can party at the peak of St. Maarten's highest mountain with 360-degree sunset view, and the Boat Party, which sets sail at sunset. Also this year, a new catamaran cruise will take 100 people across the island and includes food, drinks, swimming and a surprise DJ. VIP Tickets also allow advanced table bookings for each venue.
