Carnival Cruise Line will position two ships in Baltimore for the first time, beginning in November 2027.
The Carnival Miracle will homeport in Baltimore beginning Nov. 20, 2027, joining the Carnival Pride. It will sail from Baltimore through at least April 2028.
The Miracle's itineraries will range from seven to 14 days. Seven-, eight- and nine-day cruises will visit the Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean. Longer 12- and 14-day cruises will sail to Dominica, Guadeloupe and St. Maarten.
Commenting on the deployment, Carnival president Christine Duffy said, "By
giving our guests more variety in itineraries and ships, we're giving them more
reasons to take a Carnival cruise vacation."
The 2,134-guest Miracle is currently homeported in Tampa. It will sail Alaska this summer, homeport in Galveston from the fall through spring and then homeport in London next summer.
The Carnival Firenze, meanwhile, will homeport in Port Canaveral from the fall of 2027 with cruises ranging from four to 14 days. It will sail from New York in the summer of 2028, then return to Port Canaveral.
