MIAMI -- Celebrity delayed the launch of its newest vessel
Infinity.
Infinity's first three cruises, set for Feb. 3, 17 and 28, have
been rescheduled for March 3, 17 and 28.
Passengers booked on the February cruises are guaranteed space
on the March sailings and will receive a 50% refund.
The line is offering a full refund and a 50% discount on future
Celebrity cruises for those who cannot rebook for the March
dates.
Infinity's cruises originally scheduled for March 10 and 24 will
be canceled, and guests on these voyages will receive a full refund
and a 50% discount on a future Celebrity sailing.
The line has set up a help desk for agents. The numbers are
(888) 701-7192 (individual passengers) and (800) 327-0271
(groups).
Commissions are protected, and Celebrity is offering agents a
$50 rebooking fee.
