Crystal Cruises set a new schedule for the rollout of free WiFi
on its ocean ships.
Guests will no longer have to pay for WiFi after the
conclusion of the Crystal Symphony drydock in October, Crystal CEO Edie
Rodriguez said.
The Symphony undergo a 33-day renovation in Europe from
Sept. 19 to Oct. 21 in which the guest capacity will be reduced to 848 to
enable single-seating for dining. Afterward, WiFi on the Symphony and Serenity
will be free.
Crystal started the rollout offree WiFi on its river cruise
ship Crystal Mozart earlier this month.
Crystal Serenity is scheduled to undergo a 28-day renovation
in the fall of 2018 to reduce its capacity, as well.
