Holland America Line pushed back the return to service for the final three ships in its fleet, with the Noordam, Oosterdam and Westerdam all slated to resume cruising by late spring 2022.

Also, sister brand Seabourn said it will relaunch the Seabourn Quest in late spring.

The Noordam will restart March 14 in Japan, the Oosterdam on May 1 in the Mediterranean, and the Westerdam on May 8 in Alaska.

The ships will join the Eurodam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Nieuw Statendam, Rotterdam and Zuiderdam, which have returned to service or are slated to restart cruising by December.

The Volendam and Zaandam will return in May, after HAL recently pushed back the restart dates for those two ships as well, canceling their winter 2022 sailings.

The Noordam will offer three 14-day Japan cruises roundtrip from Yokohama (Tokyo), making several calls around the country and with a one- or two-day visit on each itinerary to South Korea, Taiwan or Russia.

In April, the Noordam will cross the Pacific to operate a season of cruises between Vancouver and Whittier, Alaska.

The Oosterdam will cruise between Civitavecchia (Rome) and Venice, Barcelona and Venice, or roundtrip from Venice on seven- and 12-day itineraries. The ship will visit Italy, Greece, Turkey, Montenegro, Croatia, Albania, France, Malta and Israel.

The Oosterdam will then transit the Panama Canal and offer a series of South America and Antarctica expeditions between Buenos Aires and Santiago, Chile.

The Westerdam will offer seven-day Alaska cruises roundtrip from Seattle. In September 2022, the ship will cross the Pacific and offer a variety of 14-day itineraries from Singapore, Hong Kong and Yokohama, Japan.

As a result of the changes, HAL canceled the ships' cruises in Asia, Australia/New Zealand and South America/Antarctica in early 2022.

Seabourn pushed back the restart date of the Seabourn Quest to May 10, when the ship will resume service in Europe. The Quest will homeport in Venice, offering Adriatic and Ionian itineraries through mid-July before going west for Spain, Portugal, France and U.K. sailings.

As a result, Seabourn canceled its 2021-2022 Antarctica/South America season on the Quest. The line is currently operating two of the five ships in its fleet, the Seabourn Odyssey and the Seabourn Ovation
