Ponant says its Le Ponant three-mast sailing ship is now a member of Relais & Chateaux, becoming the first sailing yacht to join the luxury hospitality group.
Co-branded sailings to Cape Verde, Australia and the Caribbean are kicking off for the 2023-24 season, with the inaugural itinerary, the 11-day Southern Kimberley Sailing Expedition, departing Aug. 3.
Built in 1991, Le Ponant has 16 staterooms and suites and a max capacity for 32 guests. The ship underwent its most recent renovation last year.
