The MSC World Asia will sail the Caribbean instead of the Mediterranean in winter 2027-28.

With the MSC World America and MSC World Atlantic (coming in November 2027) also positioned in the Caribbean that season, three of MSC's World-class ships will be in the region.

The MSC World Asia, which will debut in Europe this December, had been scheduled to sail the Western Mediterranean in winter 2027-28. Now, the MSC World Europa will cruise the Western Med, a redeployment from the Middle East.

MSC World Asia's Southern Caribbean season will consist of seven- and 14-night cruises out of Martinique, Guadeloupe and Barbados. MSC World Europa will sail seven-night Western Mediterranean itineraries from multiple ports.

Also, the MSC Meraviglia's winter 2027-28 season will change, said MSC Cruises, but the line did not elaborate. The ship had been scheduled to sail in the Southern Caribbean.
