Marla Phaneuf has been named CLIA's vice president, strategic partnerships, North America, the association said today. She most recently served as Celebrity Cruises’ team director in the New England region.
At CLIA, she will be responsible for strategic alliances with organizations that focus on CLIA’s North American agency community. She also will oversee all business development and retention strategies.
Phaneuf previously worked for AAA and owned a travel agency.
