Azamara Cruises has launched a new advertising campaign called "The next big thing is small" to showcase the small-ship cruising experience.
The campaign includes a minute-long video advertisement capturing onboard moments while a narrator describes small details as the defining features of a vacation.
"When travel becomes personal, the little things become everything," the narrator says. "Welcome to Azamara, where the next big thing is small."
The campaign will be distributed through TV, digital, social, print and trade advertising channels.
Azamara is preparing for an $80 million fleetwide renovation to update staterooms on its four ships as well as their spas, Cabaret Lounge and Discoveries Restaurant. It will also add a new restaurant to each ship dedicated to the 18-guest Chef's Table experience.
The project, called Azamara Forward, will start with renovations to the Azamara Quest this fall. The Quest's renovation will be particularly extensive, because Azamara is adding a new forward deck with 12 suites.
