Both are company insiders. Herrera has been heading up the consumer research and finance and strategy teams.
Da Silva "has been providing travelers with a front-row seat to our people and products as well as the palpable passion that propels our brand," said NCL president and CEO Harry Sommer.

Ahead of them are some busy days. NCL is relaunching 17 ships, and will introduce the first of six Prima-class ships in August 2022.
