Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, parent company of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said all three of its brands would extend its operations suspension through Nov. 30.

The CDC last week extended its No Sail Order on cruise ships in U.S. waters until Oct. 31 and said "there is need for further action before cruise ships can safely resume passenger operations in the U.S."

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings said it would continue to work with government and public health authorities as well as its Healthy Sail Panel advisors to take all necessary measures to protect its guests, crew and the communities it visits.

The Healthy Sail Panel, created in partnership with Royal Caribbean Group, released a 62-page report that it sent to the CDC in late September outlining recommendations for the safe resumption of cruising.
