Princess Cruises passengers no longer will have to leave their cabins to get in a workout.

Starting this month, Princess will offer a series of nine Fitness@Sea classes hosted by DVD trainer Gillian Clark on the line's Wellness channel. Classes include core strengthening, flexibility and back strengthening.

Princess also is launching a yoga program for kids this month. The program, for kids ages 3 to 17, will promote coordination, breathing, balance and emotional strength with an element of play that incorporates music, chants and singing, Princess said.

Also this month, Princess will start showing morning workout videos on the 300-foot screens located on the pool deck.
