Revy AI is a conversational tool designed to complement advisors' work in the PowerAgent 5 platform.
Users can describe preferences such as destination, departure date and budget to identify relevant sailings, then refine results based on price, dates and cruise line.
Users can explore available sailings without manually completing multiple search fields, Revelex said.
The company plans to extend Revy AI's capabilities to river cruising.
The 3D cruise deck viewer was designed to streamline the presentation process to clients, showing them cruise ship layouts so they can visualize the location of staterooms and cruise ship amenities to make more informed decisions, Revelex said.
