MADRID -- Amadeus took full ownership in software company ICSA T
(International Computer Services and Advice for Travel), which
specializes in back-office and mid-office solutions for
multinational travel agencies.
The GDS company invested in ICSA T in 1998 and grew its 49%
stake into 54% control before this latest move.
Headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium, ICSA T offerings include
GlobalMax, back-office solution that's used by 60% the top 50
travel agencies and cruise lines in the U.S., according to
Amadeus.
