NEW YORK -- Renovations are complete at the Dan Tel Aviv, according to its representatives here.

The 286-room deluxe hotel, recognizable by its rainbow-colored facade, faces the Mediterranean at the center of this city's seaside sprawl.

Its location is convenient for sunworshippers who can tan on the beach; visitors aiming to do serious shopping, and businesspeople with appointments in the nation's commercial capital.

Accommodations include 84 executive seaview rooms, one Presidential Suite and one Royal Suite. Among the hotel's 32 luxury suites are honeymoon units as well as some equipped for travelers with disabilities and for businesspeople.

In addition to interactive and pay television, all rooms are equipped with smart phones in four locations as well as direct Internet connections and modem lines.

All the rooms have marble bathrooms, and some feature shower stalls separate from the bathtubs; they all have make-up mirrors and hair dryers.

Double and triple rooms with connecting doors are available for families or groups.

The property has an indoor freshwater and an outdoor seawater pool plus a fitness center overlooking the sea.

During the summer, the hotel offers guest services at the Mediterranean beach in front of the property.

The Dan Tel Aviv, as well as the chain's flagship property, the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, are members of the Leading Hotels of the World.
