Each year, the 8-year-old AGA rates the island's restaurants on a number of criteria in a published guide.

The Dine Around program, featuring meals at 35 AGA-rated eateries, pays 10% commission to agents and can be booked in three-, five- or seven-meal plans.

The package is based on an appetizer, entree, dessert and coffee or tea, along with a service charge where applicable.

Per-person rates are $109 for three dinners, $177 for five dinners and $245 for seven dinners.

The VIP Gourmet Selection plan is priced at $60 per person, per dinner. A minimum of three dinners must be purchased. The dinners feature a multicourse meal from a set menu.

New this year is a breakfast and/or lunch and dinner combination plan, priced at $199 per person for five breakfasts or lunches and four dinners.

Complete details on this program, including participating breakfast and lunch restaurants, are available at www.arubadining.com.

For information, call (800) 477-2896 or (011) 297 862161 or visit the Web site. The AGA also can be reached by e-mail at [email protected].
