MIAMI -- Clients intent on marrying in the buff will have to wait a
few more months this year as SuperClubs moved its annual naked
nuptials at Hedonism III in Runaway Bay, Jamaica, to June 23.
After three years of hosting the annual group nude wedding on
Valentine's Day, SuperClubs officials decided to move what they've
dubbed "The World's Largest Nude Wedding" to June, a month
long-favored for weddings.
"By hosting our fourth annual Nude Wedding in the very
traditional month of June, we're accentuating the ritual of
marriage without inhibiting those who want to add a dash of daring
to their exchanging of vows," said Zein Nakash, SuperClubs' vice
president of marketing in a statement.
Packages start at $1,014 per couple, land only, and require a
three-night minimum stay. The package covers the marriage license,
flowers, music, minister and the services of an on-site wedding
coordinator who will manage all arrangements. Government fees of
$150 for marriages and $100 for vow renewals are additional.
