Eric Moya was an editor at Travel Weekly from 2008 to 2020, most recently as its destinations editor. He also served as its copy editor. From 1998 to 2003, he was a copy editor at the Baltimore Sun, during which he worked on the newspaper’s metro, national and business copy desks and copy edited “Justice Undone,” a 2002 Pulitzer-nominated investigative series about the city’s high rate of unsolved homicides. Previously he was also an assistant editor of Jazziz, a magazine about jazz and world music, and an associate editor of Wizard, a magazine about comic books and pop culture.
