Belmond is poised to unveil three Grand Suites aboard the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express in March.
The suites — named Paris, Venice and Istanbul — will showcase interior designs, created by London-based Wimberly Interiors, that evoke each city while retaining the original 1920s art deco design. Each suite will feature private bathrooms with showers, double beds and a living area.
Amenities for guests traveling in the new suites include private transfers to and from the train, the services of a personal cabin steward, Champagne and private in-suite dining.
A one-night journey from London to Venice in a Grand Suite is priced at $6,160 per person.
