Alex Trebek, the host of "Jeopardy," is joining Adventure Canada on its 11-night Arctic Explorer expedition departing Aug. 9.
The expedition begins at the mouth of the Northwest Passage at Resolute, in Canada's Nunavut territory, and travels to sites including Prince Leopold Island, Devon Island and Ilulissat, Greenland. Passengers will disembark in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland, where a charter flight will return travelers to Canada. Priced from $5,595 per person, double, the cost includes entry and park fees, an educational program and predeparture materials, all shipboard meals and excursions.
