Comic Con Honolulu will welcome fans of science fiction, comics, animation, and other fantastical media August 2-4, at the Hawaii Convention Center.

The three-day event includes fan panels, industry guests, activities, video games, table top games and autograph opportunities. There are also merchandise dealers and local Hawaii artists.

Guests include Tony Anselmo, the voice of Donald Duck since 1985 and the only man to both voice and animate the cartoon duck; artist John Romita Jr., who co-created the Marvel comic book "Kick-Ass" that later became a feature film; Marvel illustrator and designer Mark Brooks; and actor Wil Wheaton, who starred in "Star Trek: The Next Generation."

There will also be several panels, including one with stars from the new Netflix animated production "The Dragon Prince."

Tickets start at $40 for single-day entrance.
