Interisland carrier Island Air has announced new seasonal flights between Honolulu and both Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii.
The carrier is adding three roundtrip flights between Honolulu and Maui's Kahului Airport on Fridays and Sundays. Island Air will also fly another roundtrip between Honolulu and the Kona Airport on the Big Island on Fridays and Sundays.
The seasonal flights will end on Sept. 4.
Island Air now flies nearly 240 flights a week between Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island onboard 64-seat ATR-72 aircraft.
