Hilton hotels feature a business center, fitness center by Precor, restaurant, and high-speed Internet access or Wi-Fi. Several programs are in place to help make guests more comfortable, such as the Hilton Pet-Friendly program which provides designer supplies for pets at participating locations, and the Hilton Requests Upon Arrival program which allows guests to preorder additional amenities to be delivered to their room upon arrival.
Guest rooms include the Hilton Serenity Bed, designed by Serta, a clock radio with MP3 or CD player input, TV, phone, Cuisinart coffeemaker, Lavazza coffee, and Peter Thomas Roth hair and skincare products. Most Hilton hotels are equipped with meeting facilities for groups of various sizes, and the Hilton Web site includes an E-events page which allows individuals to search and reserve five to 25 guest rooms as well as meeting spaces online. The site also allows users to create their own event Web page and send out e-vites to participants. Although supplies vary by location, Hilton hotels provide audiovisual equipment and other amenities needed to run large conferences.
Hilton Hotels & Resorts participates in the Hilton HHonors program which allows frequent visitors to earn points and airline miles simultaneously during their hotel stay. Members earn awards such as free nights, airline miles and free room upgrades.
