Location and History
The origins of this property go back to 1930s when a prominent Argentinian, Martin Braun LaSala, bought it and built a rustic Spanish hacienda-style stone house, where he lived without electricity or plumbing for decades.
In the early 2000s the wealthy Brazilian Fasano family bought 490 hectares of property from Braun's descendants, including the original stone house. They hired famous Brazilian architect, Paulista Isay Weinfeld, to construct 20 stand-alone cement-and-stone boxy bungalows nearby.
