Location and History
This small, isolated hotel is located 5 kilometers north of Villa Angostura, 7 kilometers from Arrayanes National Park, one of the area's top destinations. The hotel sits right on the shore of Lake Nauhuel Huapi, at its far northeastern end. It boasts a very long, interesting history and its original buildings are a National Historic Landmark.
The original building was constructed by hand in the early 1900s by an Italian immigrant, as his home, on a plot of land given to him by the Argentina government.
