Christian DeBoer, a hotelier in Siem Reap, Cambodia, wanted his hotel to be as plastic-free as possible, and launched a campaign -- "Refill, not Landfill" -- that has involved the local hospitality community to set up a network of clean water refill stations in order to reduce the number of single-use plastic water bottles. He talked about expanding the program globally.
