Regent dishes up Seven Seas Splendor culinary preview
Regent Seven Seas Cruises held a culinary preview at the Eric Barale Culinary Center, part of the Miami headquarters of Apollo Group, which has long provided food and beverage services to Regent and Oceania Cruises. The event showcased some of the new menu items that will be appearing on the Seven Seas Splendor, which is scheduled to be delivered in February 2020. Regent senior culinary director Bernhard Klotz chose dishes that will be served in a number of the ship's restaurants, including the Compass Rose, Prime 7, Chartreuse and Pacific Rim.
