The ME Cabo (www.melia.com) has reopened in Los Cabos following a $16 million
renovation.
All guestrooms, suites and public spaces have been redone. Property
updates include reinvented nightlife, restaurant and bar concepts, such as
TullPu, a new signature Peruvian restaurant; a reinvented Rose Bar; and a new members-only
Sub Rosa. The hotel has also partnered with lifestyle brand Blue Marlin Ibiza
to create a new hot spot, a poolside beach club offering lunch,
dinner and cocktails by day and music from DJs by night. That will open in the
fall.
The hotel’s presidential suite, Suite ME, has been outfitted with a
production booth for celebrity DJs to entertain private parties.
