The Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort & Spa on Kauai's eastern shore celebrated its grand reopening in June following a property-wide renovation.
The project included redesigned guestrooms, refreshed public spaces and the debut of Ocean House by Roy Yamaguchi, a new signature restaurant showcasing locally sourced ingredients.
Artwork by Hawaii-based artists and cultural design elements inspired by Kauai's history were also incorporated into the refresh. Led by chef Roy Yamaguchi and executive chef Sam Taganeca, the Ocean House restaurant features breakfast and dinner daily. Menu items include the Kauai bag and boil, made with local shrimp, Portuguese sausage and clams.
