Breathless
Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa (www.breathlessresorts.com) celebrated the
grand opening of La Biblioteca de Tequila, the third local concept restaurant
from Chef Richard Sandoval. Modeled after the chef’s New York concept, the
restaurant has one of the largest collections of tequila and agave spirits
around.
At
the opening, guests gathered to enjoy the restaurant’s Latin American-inspired
menu with dishes ranging from tableside guacamole, a selection of tacos, and
chef specialties including coffee-rubbed carne asada, seasonal enchiladas and
fresh salads and soups. In keeping with the library theme, La Biblioteca
enables guests to “check out” tequila bottles in the evenings that are then
stored in personal lockers, so guests may imbibe at their leisure and
convenience.
