The Spa and the Salon at the Palms Casino Resort opened last month, the latest phase of a $690 million renovation nearing completion at the Las Vegas resort.
The three-level oasis features 15 spa rooms, four skin-care studios, two couples treatment rooms, a eucalyptus steam room, a sauna and water lounge and a coed social lounge. The connected Salon and fitness areas overlook KAOS, the resort's new day and night club.
The Salon is partnering with celebrity hairstylist and hair-extension specialist Priscilla Valles, who has worked on the hair of Kylie Jenner, Chrissy Teigen and Hailey Bieber. Offering her services in a resort setting for the first time, Valles has handpicked her team to complete hair extensions, blowouts, makeup applications and gel manicures.
"The Salon is my first, and these stylists are going to be 'extensions' of myself and my years of hard work," Valles said. "I'm teaching them all my secrets, so the Salon will have a great deal of influence on extension care I really want our clients to have the celebrity, glam experience."
Treatments include customized astrology services, tarot card readings and crystal healing to help restore alignment and balance.
The Spa features a menu of coffees, pressed juices, healthy snacks, leafy green options and cocktails.
Lush greenery, chrome finishes, modern lighting, thoughtful artwork and water features complement warm natural tones with walnut and driftwood accents.
The Spa and Salon are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
