Every month, 3.4 million people visit one of Vegas.com’s digital platforms to find their own version of Las Vegas. They book hotel rooms and tickets to Strip shows. They purchase Grand Canyon tours and nightclub passes, and they create their Vegas experience.

They’ve been using the most logical URL in the world to do just that since 1998, and over the course of the last 17 years, the website has become a premier online booking platform for visitors to Las Vegas. Today Remark Media announced its acquisition of the site from the Las Vegas-based Greenspun Corp.

"Since its inception, Vegas.com has acted as a trusted marketplace for travelers seeking a world-class experience in Las Vegas," said Kai-Shing Tao, Remark chairman and CEO, via press release. "Remark will continue the tradition while also expanding the site's reach to include key partnerships targeted towards the millennial generation.”

Further details about those partnerships will likely be announced after the acquisition is finalized in mid-September.
