Senior editor Jeri Clausing traveled to Italy for the launch of Uniworld Boutique River Cruises' Venice-inspired river cruise ship, the La Venezia. An everyday occurrence for a Travel Weekly reporter prior to 2020, the trip took on significance this year as this was the first European river cruise for Americans since the beginning of the pandemic and Clausing's first visit to Europe in the Covid era.
