• Continued to build market share in meetings and incentives, increasing visibility with corporations by showcasing capabilities in strategic meetings management.

Looking Ahead

• Developing a proprietary data management system that will introduce customers to predictive analytics. New approach is to help guide clients in validating and re-evaluating items such as travel policy, vendor contracts and program procedures. Will look at forecasting and the “what if” scenarios that will help customers make the best decisions for their program with actionable data.

• Technology solutions will continue, especially in the areas of mobile solutions, data analytics and risk management.

• Will take on a more consultative role. Will look to strengthen supplier relationships and participation in industry organizations and advisory boards and will grow in new markets and regions across the U.S.
